LEAD SPRAY FOAM INSTALLER 

• Follow directions provided by President, GM or Estimator, and when on-site, the Site Foreman.

• Install spray foam inside of walls, ceilings, duct work and basement slabs according to company standards.

• Evaluate job site/projects conditions. 

• Understand how to operate spray foam equipment and tools.

• Prepare work site by protecting windows and floors.

• Understand and follow spray foam safety protocols.

• Troubleshoot spray foam equipment, including helping and guiding the other Foaming Team if they are having equipment issues.

• Dispose waste materials and clean up.

• Set up and take down scaffolding as required.

• Enforce and follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Clock in and clock out using the downloaded phone App “Blip by BrightHR”  

• Filing out and handing in daily, all required job sheets of duties performed. If not possible to physically hand in, then a clear photo must be taken and text to the office no later then 7am the following morning. 

• Ensure the UFC guidelines are met by filling out and leaving on site the required Job Site Label. 

• Ensure scope of work is being completed efficiently and according to company standards. BEFORE LEAVING THE JOB SITE, touch base with the President or Estimator if parts of job could not be done, with reason why.

• Train Assistants and prospective employees – as the Lead Sprayer, YOU are responsible for any and all spraying done under your supervision.

• Be a Team Player! Help other team members when needed. Respond to all phone calls/texts as quickly as possible, during the Company’s regular business hours (6-6pm).

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years work experience on residential or commercial constructions projects

• Spray foam licence – UFC or equivalent

• WHIMIS and Working at Heights Training – required (training provided if necessary)

• Understanding of building code requirements and building performance

• In - depth knowledge of construction process from material selection, techniques, and tools

• Take pride in their work.

• Physically able to lift heavy tools and materials.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to give and take direction from others.

• Great attitude and willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
